Foreman §
Provides quality installation of fire suppression systems.
Creates and maintains a safe working environment. Provides supervision and
instruction to field installation personnel. Represents Company at
scheduling, coordination and safety meetings. Provides accurate work
reports and time sheets for each job. Designated as competent person for
implementing the hazard communication written program. Coordinates with
field superintendent, project manager, customer, and shop foreman to
expedite timely installation of projects. Provides instruction and
supervision to apprentices with the goal of increasing productivity and
knowledge, safe practice and job skills. Works to provide continuous
improvement of the installation and service process. Tracks material and
equipment assigned to individuals and jobs. Maintains housekeeping and
maintenance of assigned vehicles. Insures that the final product is
operable, complete and free of substantial defects. Our foremen are the
direct link to our customer and are key to our position in a competitive
marketplace. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, each foreman has either
completed a five-year apprenticeship, or provided documentation of
equivalent education and training. Each foreman has obtained through
experience and testing requirements, a Fire Suppression Installers License
with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department in Nick Stringer ·
