available to meet scheduling needs. Sets
project goals. Creates effective teams of field installers. Insures that
progress reports and work reports are presented to project managers in a
timely fashion for early billing of all projects. Responds to installation
problems and emergency field repairs as they arise and constantly works to
eliminate crises situations. Advises
and informs management and design teams of personnel needs. Performs
employee evaluations for all field and shop personnel.
Responds to employee suggestions and complaints with resolution as
a goal. Supervises implementation of safety policy. Distributes and
monitors completion of toolbox safety meetings. Interviews and evaluates
applicants and assists in hiring process based on business requirements.
Consults and advises on company equipment needs and purchases.
Participates in business strategy planning and communicates policy and
company goals to field and shop personnel. |

Completed a 5-year apprenticeship in the fire sprinkler trade. §
Requirements included the completion of a correspondence course and a
required number of hours of field experience. |
